Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we learn about you when you visit this store and buy from it, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can.

The short version

  • No analytics, ads or tracking cookies of our own.
  • Tebex handles your payment. We never see your card details or your Cfx.re password.
  • We keep what we need to deliver your perks and help with your orders.
  • We never sell your information.
  • Email us to see, correct or delete what we hold.

1.Who we are

Dash Networks, a FiveM roleplay server, runs this store and is responsible for the information described here. Tebex Limited, which runs checkout and takes payment, is responsible for what it collects under its own privacy policy. You can reach us at dashnetworksfivem@gmail.com.

2.When you visit

We don't use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or cookies of our own.

  • Cloudflare hosts this site. Like any web host, it handles your IP address and the details of each request to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, and it may set a strictly necessary security cookie.
  • Google Fonts serves the site's typeface, so your browser also connects to Google, which receives your IP address.

3.When you buy

When you press Buy, the site asks Tebex to start a basket and sends you to sign in with Cfx.re, then Discord. You sign in and pay on Cfx.re's, Discord's and Tebex's pages, never on ours.

Signing in with Discord gives us your Discord ID and username, and nothing else (not your email). We pass the ID to Tebex with your basket so your role reaches the right account, then let the sign-in go.

To deliver and support your purchase, Tebex shares with us:

  • your Cfx.re username and ID
  • the name and email address you give at checkout, and your country and IP address
  • what you bought, the price, and the transaction ID
  • the Discord ID you signed in with.

4.On the server

When a purchase arrives, our game server records it against your Cfx.re ID: what you bought, the transaction ID, your tokens and Dashes (including the Dashes you earn by playing, and what you use them on), and the plates and numbers you set with them. That's how perks reach you, renew, and come off when a tier ends or a payment is refunded.

5.What we use it for

  • delivering perks, tokens and Dashes, and taking them off when a tier ends or a payment is refunded
  • giving and removing Discord roles
  • letting staff see each purchase, refund and chargeback in a private channel in our Discord
  • answering your emails, and handling refunds and chargebacks
  • preventing fraud and abuse of the store
  • keeping the records we need for our accounts and the law.

We don't sell your information, use it for advertising, or send you marketing.

6.Who else handles it

  • Tebex: checkout, payments, tax and receipts (privacy policy)
  • Cloudflare: hosting and security for this site (privacy policy)
  • Google: the site's typeface (privacy policy)
  • Cfx.re: signing you in at checkout
  • Discord: signing you in at checkout, supporter roles, and a private staff channel that shows each purchase with your Cfx.re username, what you bought, the price, how you paid and the transaction ID, never your name, email or card details (privacy policy).

We share information beyond that only if the law requires it, or to deal with fraud.

7.How long we keep it

We keep purchase and token records while you have perks with us, and for two years after your last purchase so we can handle refunds and disputes. Then we delete them. Emails are kept for as long as it takes to sort out what they're about. Tebex keeps its own records under its policy.

8.Where it's handled

Tebex, Cloudflare, Google and Discord may handle your information outside your country, including in the UK, the EU and the US, under their own safeguards.

9.Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We may keep what we need for refunds, disputes or the law. Email us with your Cfx.re username, and we may ask you to show the account is yours.

In the EU and UK you also have rights under the GDPR, including to object to how we use your information and to complain to your data protection authority. In Australia, if you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

10.Children

Tebex only sells to people aged 16 or over, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

11.Keeping it safe

Store records are kept on our own systems, and only staff can see them. We will never ask for your password or payment details by email, on Discord or in game.

12.Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
