1.Who we are

Dash Networks is a FiveM roleplay server. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Dash Networks, and "you" means the person buying from this store or using what was bought. You can reach us at dashnetworksfivem@gmail.com.

2.Who you buy from

Tebex Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, sells everything on this store as its reseller and merchant of record. When you pay, your contract of sale is with Tebex under its checkout terms: Tebex takes the payment, adds any tax, sends your receipt and runs your subscription.

We decide what's for sale and at what price, deliver it on our server, and support it.

3.Who can buy

You must be at least 16 to buy, which is Tebex's minimum age. If you're under 18, check with a parent or guardian first. You must be allowed to use the payment method you pay with.

4.What you get

Everything here is cosmetic: Discord roles, a tag on your name in chat, access to the supporter vehicle dealerships and the Diamond Weapon Cosmetic Store, tokens for a custom plate or phone number, and Dashes, our own points. Each package says exactly what it includes, on this store and at checkout.

What you buy is a personal licence to use it on Dash Networks, not ownership of anything. Perks, tokens and Dashes have no monetary value. They can't be sold, traded, transferred, or exchanged for real money, the city's money or items.

We don't sell the city's money, weapons, items, loot boxes, or anything else that gives one player an advantage over another.

5.Your accounts

Purchases go to the Cfx.re account you sign in with at checkout, so use the one you play on. We can't promise to move perks to another account. You also sign in with Discord when you buy, and Discord roles go to that account, which has to be in our Discord for the role to be given.

Keep your accounts secure: we can't replace tokens spent by someone who got into your account.

6.Delivery

Perks are delivered automatically, usually within a few minutes of payment. If you're not on the server, they wait until you next join. Tokens are used whenever you're ready, with /customplate and /customnumber, and topped-up Dashes are added to your balance.

7.Supporter subscriptions

Supporter and Diamond Supporter are monthly subscriptions. Tebex charges the price shown at checkout once a month until you cancel.

• Cancel any time from the link in any Tebex email about your subscription, or at checkout.tebex.io/payment-history. No further payments are taken after that.
• Your role and tag stay until the end of the month you've paid for, then come off.
• Every payment, the first included, adds that month's tokens. Tokens you haven't used are yours to keep after the subscription ends.
• If a payment fails, the tier ends until you subscribe again.

8.Custom plates and numbers

Each token sets one plate on one vehicle you own, or one phone number. A plate can have up to 8 letters and numbers, and a number follows the server's phone format. Either one must be free, and it can't be offensive, hateful or sexual, impersonate staff or the emergency services, or advertise anything.

Staff can refuse or remove one that breaks these rules. If we refuse one before it's set, you keep the token. If we remove one that's already set, the token isn't returned. Once set, plates and numbers follow the server's normal rules for vehicles and phones.

9.Dashes

Dashes are Dash Networks' own points. You earn them by playing, and you can top them up here. You use them in the Dash Shop, in your F1 menu, on supporter tiers and cosmetic extras, at the prices shown there.

• Topped-up Dashes are added to your Cfx.re account automatically, like any other purchase.
• A supporter tier got with Dashes lasts for the time the Dash Shop shows, and doesn't renew by itself.
• We may change what Dashes buy, their prices in Dashes, and how many you earn by playing.
• Dashes that came from a bug, an exploit, or a payment that was refunded or charged back can be removed, even if that takes your balance below zero.
• If Dash Networks closes for good, unused Dashes end with it.

10.The server's rules

Buying something doesn't change the server's rules or how staff enforce them. If you're banned, or perks are removed for breaking the server's rules or these terms, you aren't entitled to a refund, except where the law says otherwise.

11.Changes and closure

We may change, replace or retire perks, and change prices for new purchases. If we change a supporter tier in a way that takes something away, we'll announce it before your next payment, so you can cancel first.

We can't promise the server is always online. If Dash Networks closes for good, we'll cancel every subscription so no further payments are taken.

12.Chargebacks

If something's wrong, email us first: we can usually fix it quickly, and the Refund Policy explains when we refund. A chargeback or payment dispute removes the perks it covers straight away, and Tebex may stop the account buying from us again.

13.Your rights and our liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, or under any other consumer law that can't be excluded. Beyond those rights, and as far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a purchase is limited to what you paid for it.

14.Not affiliated

Dash Networks is an independent FiveM server. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re.

15.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the terms in force when you buy apply to that purchase.
